1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Crown Barber application, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Booking Rules for Clients
- Free for Clients: Booking is 100% free for clients. No booking fees are charged by Crown Barber.
- Payment at Branch: Clients pay the barbershop or barber directly at the branch after their service is completed.
- 24-Hour Cancellation Rule: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the booked time slot.
- Arrival: Clients are expected to arrive at the barbershop 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment.
3. Barbershop Subscriptions & Payment
- Pricing: Subscriptions for barbershops are priced in Iraqi Dinar (IQD) for 1 month (10,000 IQD), 3 months (25,000 IQD), 6 months (45,000 IQD), or 1 year (80,000 IQD).
- Manual Payment Method: Subscription payments are processed manually via FIB, Qi Card, or cash. There is no automated credit card billing on this website.
- Activation: Subscriptions are activated after verification of payment proof and request code, typically within 2 hours during operating hours.
- Refund Policy: Activated subscriptions are non-refundable once the service access period begins.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate community standards, abuse the booking system, or submit fraudulent payment information.
