- Barbershop & Staff Data: Shop name, owner name, business phone number, city/location, staff schedule, and service list.

3. How We Use Your Data
We process your data strictly to deliver platform functionality: enabling clients to book barbers, allowing barbershops to organize schedules, and delivering instant in-app appointment alerts. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to marketing third parties or data brokers.
4. In-App Notifications
Crown Barber sends real-time booking updates exclusively through its own application notifications. We do not send promotional SMS blasts or unsolicited messages.
5. Data Retention & Account Deletion
We retain your account data for as long as your profile remains active. You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal records at any time using the Delete Account feature in the app settings or via our Account Deletion Request Page.
