Account Deletion & Data Erasure

Compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) & GDPR "Right to be Forgotten"

Important Warning: Initiating an account deletion is irreversible. Your profile, appointment history, saved favorite barbers, loyalty points, and personal data will be completely and permanently removed from our databases.

Method 1: Direct In-App Self-Service Deletion (Immediate)

You can delete your account instantly from within the Crown Barber mobile application or web portal without contacting support:

1 Log in to your Crown Barber account on iOS, Android, or at crownbarber.app.
2 Go to Settings and scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
3 Click Delete Account and tap Continue.
4 On the "Before You Go" screen, choose one reason for deleting your account.
5 Type DELETE into the confirmation field and click "Delete My Account".
6 Verify your identity to complete deletion: enter the verification code sent to your phone number, or authenticate via Google / Apple if your account was created with social login.
💡 Good to know: You can create a new account at any time in the future using the same phone number or email address.
